Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe.
All consultations are non-refundable once booked and paid for. This includes consultations that have been scheduled but not yet taken. We encourage you to review our service details and ensure a consultation is right for you before booking.
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. To request a rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request and find an alternative time slot.
Missed appointments are not refundable. If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notification, the appointment will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you join the video call at the scheduled time.
