FuelBetter provides online nutrition consultation services, offering personalized guidance to help clients improve their nutrition habits, lifestyle, and overall well-being. The service includes a 30-minute video consultation and a personalized nutrition improvement plan delivered via email.

2. Booking Process

Consultations are booked through our online scheduling system (Calendly). Clients can select an available time slot that suits their schedule. Booking confirmation will be sent via email once the appointment is scheduled.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the consultation. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT.

FuelBetter does not store any payment information. All transactions are processed directly through Stripe's secure payment system.

4. Consultation Format

Consultations are conducted via video call (FaceTime) and last approximately 30 minutes. During the consultation, we will discuss your current nutrition habits, lifestyle, and health goals.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for the video call.

5. Delivery of Personalized Nutrition Plan

After the consultation, you will receive a personalized nutrition improvement plan via email. This plan includes practical recommendations tailored to your lifestyle and goals. Delivery typically occurs within 48 hours after the consultation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information during the consultation
• Ensuring they attend the scheduled appointment on time
• Following any recommendations provided in the nutrition plan at their own discretion
• Consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if they have any medical conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

FuelBetter provides general nutrition guidance for educational purposes only. The information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

FuelBetter and its service provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
